Dr.’s REMEDY is a podiatrist formulated nail care collection that is the only nail polish to receive the APMA (American Podiatric Medical Association) seal of approval. Dr.’s REMEDY®, Enriched Nail Polish is a patented blend of naturally occurring, nourishing ingredients not found in traditional lacquers. Every bottle is free of formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin, toluene, parabens, and phthalates—all potential carcinogens. Dr.’s remedy can be used in conjunction with topical fungus medications or nail fungus products and will not make the condition worse, unlike most nail polish products.

Enriched Dr Remedy polish is not anti-fungal but gentle and highly nourishing suitable for:

  • Yellow discoloured nails
  • Dry, brittle nails
  • People who wish to limit exposure to formaldehyde
  • Patients with strong healthy nails who want to keep them that way

How long will Dr's Remedy Polish last?

Dr Remedy polish should be applied over Dr Remedy base coat. 2 coats of polish should be applied allowing 60 secs in between coats finishing with a Dr Remedy top-coat. The polish needs between 30 – 45 minutes to completely dry. Dr Remedy polish should generally last between 5 – 7 days on the finger nails and 2 – 3 weeks on toe nails.

The polish can be removed with Dr Remedy nail polish remover which is acetone-free and limits dehydration of the nails.

Background

Both doctors have spent years of study and training in the field of Podiatry.
